Position: Product Manager Payments & Financial Platforms Experience: 6+ Years Location: Hyderabad Working Days: Work from Office Company URL: https://healthark.ai/ Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Product Manager Payments & Financial Platforms to lead the strategy, development, and scaling of digital financial products across payments, credit cards, merchant solutions, lending, and platform infrastructure. The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, working closely with engineering, design, business, and operations teams to deliver customer-centric, scalable, and data-driven financial products. This role requires strong product thinking, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate customer needs and market opportunities into successful product outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including product vision, roadmap creation, feature prioritization, execution, and product launch. Translate customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives into scalable product solutions. Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Business, and Operations teams to deliver innovative financial products and platform capabilities. Drive product development across payments, merchant ecosystems, digital wallets, lending platforms, and financial infrastructure. Define, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog using Agile methodologies. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery. Define product success metrics and leverage analytics to monitor adoption, performance, and business impact. Use customer insights, market research, and competitive analysis to continuously improve product capabilities. Drive experimentation, innovation, and customer experience improvements through iterative product enhancements. Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and progress effectively with leadership and stakeholders. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline. 6+ years of Product Management experience in Banking, FinTech, Payments, or Digital Financial Platforms. Proven experience leading products from ideation through launch and scale. Solid understanding of Agile product development methodologies, Scrum, and backlog management. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Data, and Business stakeholders. Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage product metrics and customer insights for decision-making. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities. Ability to balance business priorities, customer experience, and technical feasibility.
