Own the SPM & ETM Roadmap: Define and drive the product strategy for enterprise territory management, sales planning, and incentive compensation workflows. Architect the Future of Agent First Planning: Lead the integration of Agentforce into SPM to deliver new levels of productivity for the Sales Ops persona. Scale High-Performance Engines: Collaborate with engineering to ensure our territory assignment and SPM engines can process massive datasets, complex hierarchical rules, and high-throughput transactions with zero downtime. Lead & Mentor: Work with a talented team of India-based PMs, fostering a culture of technical excellence, deep operational empathy, and domain expertise. Requirements 14+ years of Product Management experience , with at least 4-5 years in a Director or senior people-manager role. Hands-on experience building or subject matter expertise in Sales Performance Management (SPM) field such as Sales Planning, Incentive Compensation Management, Territory Management / Design. Proven experience shipping complex B2B SaaS products that handle large-scale data processing, complex relational databases, and hierarchical data structures. Strong working knowledge of how predictive analytics, machine learning, and data pipelines can be leveraged to automate resource allocation and planning. Proven experience working successfully across globally distributed teams and managing stakeholders across time zones (specifically US Pacific). Exceptional ability to communicate complex, technical platform architectures to business-focused executives (CROs, CFOs, Sales Ops leaders).
