Job Description Documentation Specialist / Technical Writer Location: Chennai & Pune Experience: 2-6 Years We are seeking a skilled Documentation Specialist/Technical Writer to develop, refine, and maintain high-quality documentation for customer projects and internal initiatives. The role involves creating clear, accurate, and skilled content, supporting process implementation, defining documentation standards, and enabling competency development through training materials and documentation accelerators. Key Responsibilities - Develop, review, and refine document deliverables for customer projects through billed engagements. - Create and maintain high-quality documentation, including process documents, user guides, manuals, reports, SOPs, and knowledge assets. - Ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with organizational documentation standards. - Collaborate with project teams, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts to gather and validate information. - Support process implementation initiatives by creating documentation frameworks, templates, and standards. - Review and edit documentation produced by teams to improve clarity, structure, grammar, and overall quality. - Develop training materials, documentation accelerators, and knowledge management assets to support competency development. - Drive continuous improvement of documentation practices and content management processes. - Maintain document repositories and ensure version control and governance practices are followed.
