Technical Writer (Kalyani)

Education - Bachelor s degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience. - Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, instructional manuals, release notes, and FAQs. - Translate complex infrastructure and platform concepts into clear, user-friendly content. - Support customer-facing documentation such as user guides and knowledge base articles. - Maintain and enhance documentation repositories, including Confluence and Git-based platforms. - Ensure consistent standards, templates, and formatting across all documentation. - Keep documentation up to date with evolving systems, ensuring accuracy and usability. - Work independently to research, develop, and complete assigned documentation projects.
