The Opportunity Adobe is changing the world through digital experiences. Helping companies understand those experiences through digital experiences is an essential part of that change. As a member of the content experience team, you will be at the forefront of empowering users of Adobe Experience Manager technology. What you'll Do - Plan, write and edit operational and instructional procedures for web-based publications and user sites. - Work with product managers and engineers to turn ideas and concepts into finished written work; translate complex topics into easy-to-digest, plain language content. - Develop tutorials and reference documentation for developer audience. - Help Adobe users feel empowered to learn our products and self-solve troubleshooting issues. - Demonstrate exceptional people, writing, and communication skills with a willingness to incorporate ideas and feedback from others. - Work across teams with geographically remote team members. - Prioritize and complete projects with minimal supervision. - Approach your work with a global mentality: advocate for designs and language that internationalize well, and work with our translations team to improve quality. - Produce content that conforms to the company documentation and quality assurance standards. What you need to succeed - Bachelor's degree (B.Sc., BCA, B.Tech) in computer science or information technology prefered - 3+ years of technical writing experience. - Understanding of Git, markdown, and FrameMaker is must. - Understanding of programming concepts and CSS would be a plus - Experience for instructional designing and video production would be a plus. - Collaborate well with product managers, developers, and other team members - Able to balance multiple priorities in a quick-paced, constantly evolving environment. .
