Ability to guide Jr. Authors / Jr. Illustrators, Authors / Illustrato rs. Ability to train newcomers both for technical competence and process adhere nce Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis for any rejections & take preventive acti ons Ability to develop content for Knowledge and Training Sessi ons Ability to perform review of work orders completed by Jr. Auth ors .
