Senior Architect / Interior Designer

Job Description : We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Senior Architect with a strong portfolio and expertise in concept development, space planning, 3D visualization, material selection, and project execution and Fit out. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for innovative design solutions, and the ability to lead projects from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities: Develop and present creative, functional, and aesthetically appealing Exterior and Interior DesignsCreate mood boards, sketches, and 3D visualizations to bring concepts to life.Plan efficient layouts and spatial arrangements that optimize functionality and aesthetics.Prepare detailed drawings, elevations, and 3D renders using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design tools.Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and project requirements.Work on FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection, detailing, and specifications.Oversee on-site implementation to ensure alignment with design intent.Collaborate with architects, contractors, and engineers for seamless execution.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, ensuring high design standards.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Compensation: 20,636.65 - 30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
