Role: Test Automation Lead - Cloud Migration & SAP S/4HANA Quality Engineering Experience: 10+ Years Location: Pan India / Onsite Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Test Automation Lead with strong expertise in cloud migration testing, SAP S/4HANA quality engineering, and automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end testing activities for enterprise cloud migration programs, ensuring seamless migration of applications and data from on-premises environments to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. This role requires hands-on experience in automation, data validation, performance testing, and CI/CD integration while leading distributed QA teams. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, design, development, and execution of automation frameworks for cloud migration projects. Define comprehensive migration testing strategies covering: Functional Testing Data Migration Testing Integration Testing Performance & Non-Functional Testing (NFR) Security Testing Coordinate testing activities across hybrid environments (On-Premises and Cloud). Validate migrated data through ETL/ELT verification, schema validation, reconciliation, and data integrity checks. Lead automation initiatives using Selenium or equivalent automation frameworks. Drive end-to-end automation execution within CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools. Plan and execute performance, scalability, failover, disaster recovery (DR), and resilience testing for cloud-hosted applications. Manage defect triage, quality risks, issue resolution, and release readiness across multiple migration waves. Ensure test data management, environment readiness, and complete automation coverage. Collaborate closely with Cloud Architects, DevOps Engineers, Infrastructure Teams, Security Teams, and Business Stakeholders. Communicate project status, quality metrics, migration readiness, and automation progress to leadership. Mentor QA engineers, establish automation best practices, and ensure adherence to coding and testing standards. Maintain complete traceability for migration testing artifacts and ensure compliance with project governance. Required Skills & Experience Mandatory Skills 10+ years of experience in Software Testing and Test Automation. Strong experience testing cloud migration projects involving: AWS Azure GCP Hands-on expertise in: Data Migration Testing ETL/ELT Validation Data Integrity Verification Data Reconciliation Strong experience with Selenium or equivalent automation frameworks. Experience leading Performance and Non-Functional Testing (NFR) initiatives in cloud environments. Expertise in creating migration-specific testing strategies and cutover validation plans. Experience working with hybrid cloud environments. Strong understanding of: Test Data Management Environment Readiness End-to-End Automation Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using: Azure DevOps Jenkins GitHub Actions Similar DevOps tools Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills. .
