JD: Linux Shell Scripting & Middleware Administrator Location: Noida Experience: 5+ Years Primary Skill : Experience in Linux Shell scripting Strong analytical/ problem solving skills, ability to provide alternatives and root cause analysis. TWS Scheduling. Jboss/Wildfly/Apache administration. Secondary Skills : Knowledge on Dev ops tools like Jenkins/Ansible/Terraform/Kubernetes will be an added Advantage. Description of the Job Profile Shell Scripting/Middleware Job Content: 5+years of relevant experience in Linux/Unix/shell scripting. The resource hired will work on several project activities in Coordination with the different internal support teams here in STMicroelectronics, Greater Noida site. Requirements The candidate should possess in depth knowledge of the following areas: - Experience in Linux Shell scripting - Strong analytical/ problem solving skills, ability to provide alternatives and root cause analysis. - TWS Scheduling. - Jboss/Wildfly/Apache administration. - Knowledge on Dev ops tools like Jenkins/Ansible/Terraform/Kubernetes will be an added Advantage. Skills and Experience - 3+ years of work experience and strong knowledge in shell scripting. - 1 + year experience of TWS scheduling. - 2 + year experience in Jboss/Wildfly administration. Educational Qualification: B.TECH (preferably Computer Science/IT/EC) and/or MCA Certifications : NA Soft Skills - Excellent Communication skills - Should possess good project management skills - Should be a team player and have positive interpersonal skills Main Activities to be performed: - TWS Production Plan Support of Schedules and jobs. - Troubleshooting of various Jobs in error with the knowledge of shell scripting and Linux concepts. - Maintaining all SOX related compliance. - OMI Monitoring for L2 alerts and taking actions to resolve issues. - Jboss/wildfly/Apache troubleshooting Support vendor tools and technologies such as Oracle Tuxedo, Hermes , People Soft , MDM etc .
