You will be responsible for calling customers, managing overdue accounts, negotiating payment plans, and securing timely debt recovery while maintaining high professional standards. Key Responsibilities * Make outbound calls to customers regarding outstanding dues and address inbound payment inquiries. * Negotiate payment arrangements, settlements, and payment schedules according to company policy. * Follow up consistently on commitments and track payment status. * Maintain clear and accurate records of call interactions and account updates in the database.
