Key Responsibilities Handle customer enquiries, orders, and complaints professionally. Coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Accounts teams. Prepare and maintain quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related documents. Follow up on order status, production schedules, and deliveries. Provide customers with regular updates regarding their orders. Resolve customer issues and ensure timely closure of complaints. Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details. Coordinate with logistics/dispatch teams for timely delivery. Prepare regular reports related to orders, customer queries, and pending deliveries. Maintain good relationships with existing customers. Skills & Qualifications Graduate in any discipline. 13 years of experience in Customer Service / Sales Coordination, preferably in a manufacturing company. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel. Good follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle multiple customers and tasks efficiently. Knowledge of manufacturing/order-processing procedures will be an advantage.
