Technical Lead (Oracle, Snowflake & Informatica) Experience: 10-15 Years Location: Hybrid/remote/onsite Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in Oracle Development, Snowflake, Informatica, and Data Governance. The ideal candidate will drive enterprise-scale data solutions, support data modernization initiatives, and ensure adherence to governance, quality, and compliance standards. Develop complex SQL queries, PL/SQL procedures, packages, and performance-tuned database objects. Build and support ETL/ELT pipelines across enterprise data platforms. Lead data migration and modernization initiatives to Snowflake. Optimize database and warehouse performance, scalability, and reliability. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality data solutions. Support release management and CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps. Data Governance (30%) Implement and enforce enterprise data governance policies, standards, and best practices. Drive Data Quality, Metadata Management, Data Lineage, and Data Stewardship initiatives. Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements. Participate in architecture reviews and governance forums. Establish governance frameworks across Oracle, Informatica, and Snowflake environments. Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Database Development, or Data Warehousing. Strong hands-on experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL. Extensive experience with Snowflake Development and Administration. Expertise in Informatica PowerCenter/IICS. Experience implementing Data Governance, Data Quality, Metadata Management, and Data Lineage practices. Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies. Strong understanding of database security, compliance, and enterprise data management. Preferred Qualifications Experience with governance tools such as Collibra, Alation, or Microsoft Purview.
