SAP CO Lead (Kolkata)

Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced SAP S/4HANA COCOPA with deep expertise in Profitability Analysis, both AccountBased and CostingBased COPA (if applicable). Should be able to lead design discussions, manage client interactions, guide the functional team, troubleshoot issues, and deliver endtoend COPA solutions aligned with business requirements. - Key Responsibilities COPA Solution Design & Delivery Lead endtoend design and configuration for AccountBased COPA in S/4HANA. Expertise in: Value Fields / Characteristics Profit Centers / Segments Realtime Integration between FICO Derivation rules, assessment/allocation cycles Reporting structures (Fiori, CDS Views, KPI modelling) Conduct requirement workshops, fitgap analysis, and map business processes to standard S/4HANA COPA functionalities. Configure endtoend COPA flows CrossFunctional Integration Consolidation and reporting alignment Client & Stakeholder Management Team Leadership - Required Skills & Experience 10-15 years SAP CO experience, with solid specialization in COPA. 2-3 full endtoend S/4HANA implementation experience in COPA. - Strong understanding of: AccountBased COPA in Universal Journal Characteristics/value fields and derivation logic Profitability Segment creation and data flow Cost center allocations, assessments, distributions Integration with SD billing, MM procurement, FI postings Ability to analyze COPA postings using ACDOCA and COPA reporting tools. Strong functional debugging capability and issueresolution skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and clienthandling skills. Proven team leadership experience. - GoodtoHave Skills / Experience with: SAP Group Reporting SAC (Analytics Cloud) for profitability dashboards Material Ledger Actual Costing Product Costing/COPC Familiarity with: Jira / SAP Solution Manager Fiori apps related to COPA & Universal Journal SAP CO certification. .
