Role: SAP BASIS Technical Manager Experience: 8-12 years Location: Pan India Role Overview: Lead SAP BASIS administration and complex migration projects. Manage S/4HANA upgrades, system provisioning, and RISE strategies (Brownfield/Greenfield/Selective). Oversee database migrations (OracleHANA), SSL/SSO integrations, HA/DR setups, and performance tuning. Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery. Key Responsibilities (SAP BASIS Technical Manager) 1. Lead SAP BASIS administration, upgrades, and complex migration projects (S/4HANA, OracleHANA). 2. Manage RISE with SAP strategies (Brownfield, Greenfield, Selective Data Transition). 3. Oversee HA/DR setups, performance tuning, and system optimization. 4. Ensure secure integrations (SSL, SSO, SAML, certificate management). 5. Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams for project delivery. Role: SAP Basis Admin Experience: 5-8 years Location: Pan India Role Overview: Support SAP BASIS administration and daily operations. Handle installations, configurations, monitoring, and troubleshooting across ECC, S/4HANA, and BW systems. Ensure database management, transport handling, and disaster recovery readiness. Key Responsibilities (SAP Basis Admin) 1. Perform installation, configuration, and administration of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and BW systems. 2. Manage database administration (HANA/MSSQL) and transport management. 3. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure SLA compliance. 4. Handle backup, restore, and disaster recovery operations. 5. Maintain SAP security, user role management, and compliance standards. .
