Key Relationships Tech Hub management - Business Unit leaders - Project managers - External vendors and partners Main Accountabilities As a Solution Architect in our Tech Hub team, your impact will be seen through the following accountabilities: - Lead the design and development of solution architectures to support the implementation of key initiatives. - Collaborate with business and IT leaders to ensure solutions meet business goals. - Ensure architectural solutions are scalable and sustainable. - Facilitate and manage the delivery of the architecture deliverables through the governance processes as defined within the broader enterprise. - Provide guidance and support to junior Solution Architects. Critical Skills, Knowledge, and Experience As a Solution Architect you will have the following knowledge and skills: - Experience in Solution Architecture. Proficiency in architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF). - Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and software development. Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). - Knowledge of system integration and interoperability. - Ability to create and maintain architectural documentation. - An experienced technical expert who uses your specialised skills to provide advice, influence others, and help by directly contributing to solutions. - Ability to solve complex work problems leveraging overarching guardrails, experience and strong judgement. - Experience being a first level operational Team Leader with full responsibility for other team members to deliver results. - Ability to consider direction and form annual prioritisation of work. - Ability to successfully collaborate across several teams to drive results.
