Title: Microsoft Copilot ArchitectLocation: Hyderabad Or Bangalore Experience: 15+ years Role Summary: - As a Copilot Architect, you will lead the design and architecture of scalable Copilot and Agentic Al solutions. - You will define technical blueprints, ensure integration across Microsoft's GenAl stack, and guide development teams through the full lifecycle of agentic Al implementation. Key Responsibilities: - Architect end-to-end solutions using Copilot Studio, Azure Al Foundry, and Microsoft Agent Framework. - Design multi-agent systems using Wipro IntelliAgent Builder, AutoGen, or Microsoft's orchestration tools. - (Nice to Have) Define solution blueprints, data flows, and prompt libraries for prioritized use-cases. - Oversee integration with Microsofts Graph API, Fabric, and enterprise data sources. - Establish governance frameworks for security, compliance, and version control. - Lead feasibility assessments, KPI definition, and ROI modeling for Al use-cases. - Mentor developers and ensure alignment with UHG's enterprise architecture standards. Required Skills: - Deep expertise in Microsoft GenAl stack: Copilot Studio, Azure Al Foundry, Azure OpenAl, and Graph API. - Experience in designing multi-agent architectures, planning algorithms, and reinforcement learning loops. - Solid understanding of enterprise data integration, semantic search, and model orchestration. - Proven ability to lead design thinking workshops stakeholder alignment, and technical reviews Familiarity with observability, CI/CD, and security frameworks in Azure. Preferred Qualifications: - 8+ years in Al architecture or enterprise solution design. - Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AI Engineer Associate. - Experience in healthcare, insurance, or compliance-heavy domains. .
