Experience required: 6 to 10+ years working with SAP Business One, including direct experience on HANA architecture. Core Focus: Project execution, team leadership, process mapping, HANA data optimization, and cross-functional support (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing). Soft Skills: Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills. Analytical problem-solving attitude with clear verbal and written communication Key Responsibilities Implementation & Project ManagementLead full lifecycle implementations, rollouts, and version upgrades of SAP Business One on HANA. Manage project plans, timelines, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and milestone delivery. Translate complex business workflow needs into technical SAP functional specifications. System Administration & Technical OversightMonitor and optimize SAP B1 HANA database performance, system security, and backup routines. Oversee HANA data modeling, including the creation and deployment of analytical views, queries, and stored procedures. Manage SDK-based add-ons, web services, and API integrations with external software (e.g., CRM, WMS, or e-commerce tools). Functional Support & ReportingOversee daily user support resolution, troubleshooting system issues, and conducting end-user training. Design, build, and modify layout/reports utilizing Crystal Reports and the SQL/HANA Query Generator. Coordinate effectively with external implementation partners, vendors, and internal department heads. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Finance/Business. SAP Expertise: In-depth practical knowledge of SAP Business One core modules (Finance, Inventory, SCM, Production/MRP, Sales & Purchase). Proven hands-on experience with SAP B1 on HANA database environments. Technical Knowledge: Advanced SQL / HANA SQL scripting. Crystal Reports design and query optimization. Familiarity with SAP B1 SDK, APIs, and web service integration methodologies. Salary: Based on experience, as per current industry norms.
