Role Overview We are looking for a results-driven and client-focused Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clientsunderstanding their requirements, presenting Carpenos offerings, and converting leads into successful projects. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming leads and walk-in clients efficiently.Understand client requirements, budgets, and timelines for interior projects.Present Carpeno Interiors design solutions, packages, and value proposition clearly.Coordinate with designers and project managers for proposals and estimations.Conduct site visits and client meetings when required.Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and negotiations.Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports to management.Requirements Bachelors degree in any field (Interior/Architecture background is a plus).13 years of experience in sales (interior design, real estate, or allied industries preferred).Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Client-centric mindset with a consultative selling approach.Ability to handle multiple leads and close deals within timelines.Basic understanding of interior design processes is an advantage.Willingness to travel within Ahmedabad for site visits and meetings.What We Offer Competitive salary package + attractive performance-based incentives.Opportunity to work with a fast-growing interior design brand.Exposure to premium residential projects and real estate clientele.Clear growth path into senior sales or business development roles.Supportive and energetic work environment where performance is rewarded.Compensation: 15,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
