Job Title: Junior Quality Engineer Construction (QA/QC) Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Quality Engineer to support QA/QC across our projects in Gurugram. This is an entry-level position for a civil engineer who knows their way around a construction site and wants to specialize in quality. The Junior Quality Engineer will carry out stage-wise inspections, material testing, and quality documentation across structural and finishing works on our residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Key Responsibility: Quality Inspections: Carry out stage-wise inspections of structural and finishing works shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, blockwork, plaster, flooring, and allied activities against approved drawings and checklists. Material Testing: Conduct and witness routine tests such as slump tests and cube testing. Coordinate with third-party labs for material test reports and track results against acceptance criteria. QA/QC Documentation: Raise and track inspection requests, maintain pour cards, checklists, and test registers, and keep quality records audit-ready for client and consultant reviews. Client Compliance & NC Closure: Work to the client's quality requirements, specifications, and formats. Record NCRs raised internally or by the client, drive corrective actions with site teams and contractors, and follow up until rectification and closure. Standards & Coordination: Ensure work conforms to IS codes, project specifications, and client quality formats. Coordinate closely with site engineers, contractors, and client/consultant QA teams for inspections and clearances. Requirements: B.Tech / B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering.2+ years of QA/QC or site execution experience in building construction.
