Job Title: QA / Software Tester Intern Location: Remote Duration: 4 months Type: Internship (Full-time) Stipend: No Stipend / Unpaid About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical QA / Tester Intern to join our quality assurance team. You will help ensure that our web and mobile applications are reliable, user-friendly, and free from critical bugs. This internship will give you hands-on experience in manual testing, test case design, and real-world product validation processes. Key Responsibilities Test web and mobile applications to identify bugs, errors, and usability issues. Create, execute, and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and bug reports. Perform functional, regression, smoke, and usability testing. Work closely with developers to understand features and reproduce issues. Verify bug fixes and ensure issues are resolved correctly. Participate in requirement analysis and product review discussions. Document testing processes, results, and quality metrics. Ensure product quality before releases and updates. Required Skills Strong attention to detail and logical thinking. Basic understanding of software testing concepts and SDLC/STLC. Ability to write explicit test cases and bug reports. Familiarity with web and mobile application behavior. Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams. Willingness to learn testing tools, processes, and best practices. Preferred Skills Knowledge of manual testing techniques. Familiarity with bug tracking tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, etc.). Basic understanding of API testing (Postman). Awareness of automation testing concepts (Selenium, Cypress, etc.). Experience testing Android/iOS or web-based applications. Educational Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
