Application Support Services Experience: 1 to Not Available years Location: Munro, Argentina Skills: service management tools, IT services, ITIL, Capacity Management, Availability Management, CMDB methods How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW Plan, control and perform all activities related to Service / Product Delivery and Technical Operations according to customer engagements in order to maintain operational integrity and product performance. Main Accountabilities Ensure service performance as per the Service Level Agreement (SLA) Monitor and manage performance KPIs for the service/product in close collaboration with Customer Service. Manage planning for changes and identify risks in order to maintain operational integrity and product performance. Change management, assist in diagnosing and resolving incidents. Ensure continuous improvement in collaboration with services/products managers. Differentiating Criteria Contributor Profile Type Experience : Intermediate or Senior Local or straightforward Product/Service: revenue, criticality for business operations Scope Dimensions: Local or simple Product/Service: revenue, criticality for business operations Are you a MATCH 1. Bachelors degree in in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. 2. Good understanding of service management tools 3. Good understanding of IT services, service readiness and the required deliverables / outcomes 4. Knowledge of ITIL Capacity and Availability Management processes and assets and logical CMDB methods. 5.
