Position: Wireless Network Engineer Location: Hyderabad Work Mode: Work from Hyderabad location (Hybrid) Shift timings: 5:30 PM IST to 2:30 AM IST Joining availability: Immediate Joiner are preferred Core Responsibilities: Wireless Network Support: - Aruba WLAN deployments(controllers, APs, antennas, coverage, and capacity planning). - Configure SSIDs, VLANs, and authentication/authorization policies. - Plan for roaming, redundancy, and scalability across warehouses. - Perform Controller and Bridge upgrades. - Diagnose RF interference, dropped connections, and authentication failures. - Support end users and coordinate with vendors for escalations. Implementation & Configuration: - Assist with Install and configure Aruba Mobility Controllers, Mobility Conductor, and Access Points. - Configure authentication with ClearPass (RADIUS, TACACS+, 802.1X, guest access, BYOD). - Implement role-based access, and mac filtering. - Implement controllers and Aps in HA. Operations & Monitoring: - Use Aruba AirWave, Logic monitor or Orion Solarwinds for real-time monitoring, reporting, and troubleshooting. - Track AP health, client connectivity, and RF spectrum interference. - Tune channel and power settings for optimal RF performance as needed. - Monitor SNMP traps, syslogs, and integrate with NMS (like SolarWinds or Logic monitor). Skills & Tools Required: - Aruba Mobility Controllers, ClearPass, AirWave. - Familiarity with Ansible/Python automation for ArubaOS. - Solid knowledge of routing, switching (ArubaOS-S, Cisco, Palo Alto Basics). - RF fundamentals, spectrum analysis.
