Primary Responsibilities Reddit Community Strategy & Engagement (Primary Function) Reddit will be one of the most important platforms under your ownership. You Will: Identify and engage with high-value subreddits relevant to software engineering, startups, AI, gaming, developer tooling, infrastructure, advertising technology, open source, and entrepreneurship.Build authentic participation strategies that create credibility and trust.Develop organic engagement programs rather than promotional campaigns.Create discussion initiatives, AMAs, educational content, and thought leadership programs.Monitor industry conversations and identify emerging trends, talent, and opportunities.Discover exceptional contributors and community leaders who align with our mission.Build measurable engagement frameworks focused on quality interactions rather than vanity metrics.Establish Reddit as a talent discovery and ecosystem intelligence channel. You Will: Discover technical and non-technical professionals through community engagement.Engage university, startup, creator, and developer ecosystems.Build relationships with individuals demonstrating curiosity, consistency, and strong execution capability.Support hiring teams through community-driven sourcing initiatives.Create pathways for community members to become contributors, advocates, applicants, and future employees.
