Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong functional expertise in SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) and SAP ERP modules, along with experience in custom enterprise application development. The candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, designers, and technical teams, ensuring seamless communication and delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business needs. Location: Pune only Required Skills & Qualifications Core Skills (Must Have) 45 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Strong functional expertise in SAP BTP and SAP ERP modules. Experience in custom enterprise application lifecycle management. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Technical & Functional Skills Good understanding of SAP integrations and workflows. Ability to work with cross-functional teams (developers, architects, designers). Experience in process modeling tools and documentation. Handson experience with Miro or similar collaboration tools. Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles. Ability to effectively communicate business needs to designers and UI teams. Responsibilities Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation. SAP Functional Expertise Drive SAP BTP and ERP-based business process improvements, enhancements, and integrations. Custom Application & Testing Support Lead requirement analysis, development coordination, and UAT for custom enterprise applications. Stakeholder & Client Management Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, clients, and project teams. Partner with design and Agile teams to deliver user-centric solutions using Miro, JIRA, and Confluence. .
