This role requires an individual with exceptional 2D motion design and animation expertise, strong visual storytelling abilities, and proven leadership experience in managing creative teams and delivering high-quality motion content. Required Experience : 7-10 years Desired Skills and Experience : Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Motion Design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and managing a team of Motion Designers, ensuring quality output and timely delivery. Exceptional expertise in 2D motion graphics, animation principles, and visual storytelling. Strong understanding of branding, advertising, and digital content creation. Experience creating style frames, animatics, and presentation-ready creative concepts. Excellent knowledge of composition, typography, color theory, timing, and motion principles. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines. Strong communication, organizational, and team management skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment. High attention to detail and a strong quality-oriented mindset.
