We are looking for a practical full-stack developer who can maintain and improve an existing SaaS application using manual coding as well as AI-assisted development tools such as Codex. Required Skills - Solid knowledge of PHP and Laravel - MySQL database design, queries and optimization - REST APIs and third-party API integrations - Cron jobs, scheduled tasks, queues and background processing - JavaScript, HTML, CSS and responsive UI - Git, GitHub and branch-based development - cPanel, WHM and Linux server deployment - Debugging, performance optimization and error handling - Ability to understand and improve an existing codebase - Experience using Codex, ChatGPT, Claude or similar AI coding tools Key Responsibilities - Develop new features and improve existing modules - Fix bugs and investigate technical issues independently - Use AI coding tools while manually reviewing every change - Follow the projects architecture, documentation and development checklists - Test all changes before submitting them for review - Maintain clean, secure and scalable code - Work with APIs, cron jobs, databases and background data processing - Deploy approved changes safely to staging and production - Document completed work and provide clear daily updates Important Requirement The developer should not rely only on AI-generated code. They must understand the application logic, review the generated code, identify security or performance issues and take responsibility for the final implementation. Preferred Experience - 2-4 years of practical PHP/Laravel experience - Previous work on SaaS applications, dashboards or API-based platforms - Comfortable working with an existing large application - Able to learn project-specific Codex skills and workflows - Good problem-solving and self-testing ability .
