Job Title: Senior PMO Data, AI & Cybersecurity Location: Hyderabad (Onsite) Experience: 5 to 8+ Years Job Type: Contract Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Senior PMO to support Digital Transformation initiatives across Data & AI, Technology, and Cybersecurity . The ideal candidate will partner with Digital leadership to drive PMO governance, programme planning, portfolio visibility, financial tracking, vendor management, and executive reporting across multiple digital workstreams. Key Responsibilities: Lead PMO governance across Data & AI, Technology, and Cybersecurity programs. Manage programme planning, portfolio reporting, RAID logs, budgets, and financial tracking. Coordinate with business stakeholders, project teams, and external system integrators. Track project risks, issues, dependencies, milestones, and overall delivery progress. Prepare executive dashboards, governance reports, and portfolio updates. Support change adoption and ensure effective coordination across cross-functional teams. Required Skills: 58+ years of Senior PMO experience on large Digital or Technology Transformation programs. Strong experience in PMO governance, programme planning, RAID management, budgeting, and reporting. Experience managing vendors and System Integrators. Strong executive stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in MS Project (or equivalent), Microsoft Excel, and portfolio reporting tools. Professional fluency in English. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Exposure to Data & AI, Cloud, or Cybersecurity programs is an added advantage. Experience in Pharma, Consumer Healthcare, or other regulated industries is preferred. PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or equivalent certification is a plus. .
