About the roleWe are seeking a Program Manager to support highpriority technology and product initiatives within our Analytics & Engineering team. You will work closely with senior leadership to translate strategic decisions into actionable plans, ensuring smooth execution across the department.Key responsibilitiesCoordinate endtoend planning and execution of technology and product projects owned by leadership.Maintain project trackers, timelines, and action logs; ensure owners and deadlines are clearly defined.Drive regular checkins, standups, and review meetings; circulate minutes with clear decisions and next steps.Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Data, Operations, and other teams to gather updates and unblock dependencies.Prepare concise status reports, dashboards, and summaries for leadership review.Proactively follow up on action items, flag delays or risks, and propose mitigations.Create and maintain documentation such as project charters, requirement documents, SOPs, and process flows.Standardise templates for project plans, review decks, and reporting; capture learnings from completed projects.Required profileBachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Management, or a related field.Required skillsWhat we offerOpportunity to work with leading experts in political data analytics.Exposure to highimpact election campaigns and strategic consulting projects.Collaborative environment that values datadriven decision making. .

Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully.
