Python AI Technical Lead (Bengaluru)

Job Title: Python AI Technical Lead Location: Bangalore Experience: 710 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Python AI Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI/ML and GenAI solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python, strong exposure to modern AI frameworks, and proven experience in leading engineering teams building production-grade AI systems. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end development of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions - Design and implement scalable, high-performance systems using Python - Architect and build LLM-based applications (RAG pipelines, agents, copilots) - Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions - Build and optimize data pipelines, model pipelines, and APIs - Mentor and guide a team of developers and data engineers - Ensure best practices in coding, testing, deployment, and monitoring - Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and clients for solution delivery - Drive innovation using emerging AI tools and frameworks Required Skills - Strong programming expertise in Python - Hands-on experience in Machine Learning / Deep Learning / NLP - Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, GPT, Claude, etc.) and Prompt Engineering - Experience in building RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines - Hands-on with frameworks like LangChain / LlamaIndex / LangGraph / AutoGen / CrewAI - Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices architecture - Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.) - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) - Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design Good to Have - Experience in MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, etc.) - Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines - Experience in handling large-scale distributed systems - Knowledge of data engineering tools (Spark, Kafka, etc.) Leadership Expectations - Lead and mentor a team of 48 engineers - Drive technical discussions, code reviews, and architecture decisions - Ensure timely and high-quality delivery - Act as a bridge between business and engineering teams Education - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Why Join Us - Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI & GenAI projects - Fast-paced, innovation-driven workplace - Exposure to enterprise-scale AI implementations - Career growth into Architect / AI Practice Lead roles .
