Position: Instructional Designer Work Mode: Hybrid (2 Days Work From Office) Employment Type: 6-Month Contract (Extendable) Shift Timings: General Shift (9:00 AM 6:00 PM) Key Responsibilities - Attend internal and client project kick-off meetings. - Develop detailed storyboards aligned with design documents and instructional design best practices. - Create engaging audio scripts and learner-centric content. - Write detailed visualization notes for graphics, animations, videos, and interactive elements. - Collaborate with media and development teams to visualize learning content. - Understand and utilize project-related authoring and learning tools. - Capture screenshots and create simulation-related content where required. - Review graphics, media assets, and learning content from an instructional design perspective. - Perform quality checks and validate final output against project requirements and test plans. - Incorporate internal and client review feedback within defined timelines. - Participate in design walkthroughs, reviews, and project handover meetings. - Required Skills & Experience 2+ years of experience in Instructional Design and Storyboarding Robust experience in corporate learning and eLearning content development Experience working with international/global clients is mandatory Excellent content writing, storyboarding, and visualization skills Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including SMEs, media teams, and developers Mandatory Requirements Corporate learning experience is mandatory International client exposure is mandatory Jasleen Kaur (7042458078) Senior Global Sourcing Specialist NIIT jasleen.kaur@niitmts.com .
