We are seeking a highly experienced Lead/Principal .NET Full Stack Developer with DevOps expertise (15+ years) to architect, build, and deploy scalable enterprise applications. You will spearhead technical strategy, bridge the gap between development and operations, and mentor engineering teams while driving cloud transformation and CI/CD pipelines. Key Responsibilities - Architecture & Strategy: Design secure, scalable, and high-performance microservices architectures using .NET and cloud ecosystems. - Development: Lead end-to-end development of complex web applications using C#, .NET Core/.NET 8, and modern frontend frameworks (Angular/React). - DevOps Leadership: Architect CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure provisioning (IaC), and manage deployments on Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS). - Team Mentorship: Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and architectural oversight to senior and mid-level developers. - Operations: Oversee monitoring, logging, and incident management; ensure high availability, security compliance, and performance tuning. Technical Requirements - Backend: Expert-level proficiency in C#, .NET Core (up to .NET 8/9), Web API, and Entity Framework Core - Frontend: Solid experience in Angular (v12+) or React, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. - DevOps & Cloud: - CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions). - Containerization & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes. - Cloud Platforms: Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure (App Services, AKS, Azure SQL) or AWS. - Infrastructure as Code: Terraform or ARM templates. - Databases: Advanced knowledge of SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases; performance optimization. - Methodologies: Agile/Scrum, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and Test-Driven Development (TDD). Qualifications - Experience: 15+ years of progressive experience in software development with at least 5+ years in a Lead/Architect capacity combining Dev and Ops. - Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Certifications: Cloud Certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer) are highly preferred. .
