Description Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with Business Teams, IT, and external vendors to support ongoing and upcoming projects, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Participate in the BSG testing and maintenance functionunderstand application functionality during development, create detailed test cases, and ensure thorough execution. Coordinate all phases of project development, including system design, development, testing, training, rollout, and postimplementation support. Monitor timely execution of assigned projects to ensure highquality deliverables and support users/systems postgolive. Track system and business application performance as per defined SLAs, TAT, and service expectations; escalate issues to IT/Business for timely closure. Facilitate stakeholder communication through regular review meetings and maintain project status trackers. Identify required changes or enhancements in existing systems, analyze impact, prepare BRDs and change specifications, obtain business signoffs, conduct UAT, and drive implementation. Identify postgolive gaps, collect user feedback, propose improvements, and conduct user training sessions with senior team guidance. Develop and extract reports using SQL queries across database systems. Proactively identify project risks and support mitigation planning. Job Requirements Solid project planning, execution, and management skills with a processdriven approach and proficiency in project documentation. Ensuring effective Azure DevOps management and governance across all team-delivered projects Solid understanding of the software development life cycle. Prior experience in Testing, System Maintenance, and Business Requirement Gathering is preferred. Valuable knowledge of DBMS concepts, data mart structures, and query languages (Oracle/SQL/DB2). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for seamless interaction with crossfunctional teams and vendors. Understanding of the financial sector is required; banking domain experience is an added advantage. Graduate qualification is mandatory. 5 to 7 years of relevant experience. .
