*Job Title: ServiceNow SPM Architect | Hybrid | PAN India* *Role Summary* We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Architect to lead the architecture, implementation, and governance of enterprise-scale ServiceNow SPM solutions. The ideal candidate will drive portfolio transformation, financial governance, and business value realization while partnering with stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with enterprise standards. *Key Responsibilities* Solution Architecture Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for ServiceNow SPM, including: Demand Management Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Resource Management Financial Planning & Cost Management Agile & Hybrid Project Delivery Define target-state architecture, transformation roadmaps, and implementation strategy. Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, governance, and best practices. Stakeholder Engagement Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders. Provide strategic guidance on portfolio prioritization, investment planning, and demand-to-delivery processes. Conduct solution workshops, architecture reviews, and value realization sessions. Implementation Leadership Lead enterprise-scale ServiceNow SPM implementation and transformation programs. Ensure successful delivery within scope, timelines, quality standards, and governance. Drive Agile/SAFe delivery methodologies throughout the project lifecycle. Integration & Platform Design Design integrations with enterprise applications, including ERP, Agile, and reporting platforms. Develop integration architecture using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server. Ensure seamless integration with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules. Governance & Continuous Improvement Establish governance frameworks for portfolio management, financial planning, and investment tracking. Design executive dashboards, KPIs, approval workflows, and reporting models. Promote platform scalability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Managed Services Support transition to steady-state operations. Define SLAs, KPIs, operational runbooks, and governance processes. Lead knowledge transfer and ensure long-term platform stability. Required Skills & Experience Mandatory Skills 1015 years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in ServiceNow Architecture. Strong expertise in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM/PPM). Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise ServiceNow transformation programs. Strong experience in client-facing consulting and enterprise architecture engagements. Technical Skills ServiceNow SPM / PPM Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes IntegrationHub, MID Server REST & SOAP APIs Performance Analytics & Executive Dashboards Financial Planning & Investment Governance Agile, SAFe, Jira, Azure DevOps Enterprise ERP integrations (SAP/Oracle or equivalent) Key Deliverables ServiceNow SPM Solution Architecture & Design Portfolio Governance Framework Financial Planning & Budget Management Models Executive KPI & Performance Dashboards Enterprise Integration Architecture & Data Models Preferred Certifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist SPM/PPM ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (Preferred) *Role Expectations* This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep expertise in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), enterprise solution architecture, and stakeholder management.
