Job Description Portfolio Resolution Manager We are looking for a Portfolio Resolution Manager to oversee and drive the recovery performance of assigned NPA portfolios. The role involves managing collection agencies, monitoring recovery performance, optimizing collection efficiency, controlling recovery costs, and ensuring timely achievement of collection targets. The incumbent will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to strengthen recovery processes and maximize portfolio recoveries. Responsibilities Manage collection agencies from onboarding and empanelment to allocation, performance monitoring, and billing. Monitor agency performance against recovery targets and implement corrective actions where required. Allocate portfolios to collection agencies based on performance and business requirements. Prepare and analyze collection MIS, dashboards, and performance reports to support management decision-making. Coordinate with Collections, Legal, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service teams for effective recovery management. Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions for collection agencies to improve recovery effectiveness. Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, company policies, and ethical collection practices. Monitor collection costs and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Support field recovery teams in resolving critical and high-value delinquent accounts. Identify opportunities to improve collection strategies and maximize portfolio recoveries. Education, Experience & Skill Set Bachelors degree in commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline. 36 years of experience in collections, recovery, agency management, or portfolio management in an ARC, bank, NBFC, or financial institution. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced Excel), Word, PowerPoint, and MIS reporting. Strong analytical, reporting, and data interpretation skills. Other Requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. Results-oriented with strong execution and decision-making skills. High level of integrity, ownership, and a proactive approach to achieving recovery objectives. .
