Academic Operations Manager (Kolkata)

Purpose: The role holder will drive excellence at the Franchise partner set up by familiarizing educators with Lighthouse Learning philosophy; train them in current products & programs and facilitate implementation of EK curriculum. Role & responsibilities: 1. To facilitate franchise effectiveness by: - Providing pre-service and In-service training for all partners. - Conducting Equipment training, Franchise Induction Program (FIP) and Teacher training. - Building strong rapport with partners and supporting them on the implementation of key initiatives and compliance. - Training EuroKids Centers for India and International Markets. - Assisting in hiring franchise staff. 2. To ensure academic excellence by: - Ensuring regular training at franchise and cluster level. - Measuring and improving satisfaction levels of internal as well as external customers through Parent Orientation Program (POP), Parental Workshops or any other Parent Interactive sessions. - Conducting teacher workshops, providing teacher observation reports and providing feedback for class observation. - Collaborating in the planning, designing, and implementation of teaching modules. - Undertaking quality checks for effective academic execution of curriculum. - Co-ordinating with special needs department to support the teachers in delivering successful sessions. Candidate should be willing to travel 1015 days a month within Kolkata for centre visits. Experience & Education Qualification: Graduate E.C.C.Ed. / Montessori trained/ NTT females with 3-4 years of pre-primary teaching experience. .
