Experience : 7-12 years Project Location(s) : Trivandrum / Kochi No of openings: 1 Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days in Office) We are seeking a highly experienced Infrastructure Engineer with deep expertise in the following skill set: Mandatory Skills : Knowledge in cloud platforms, Containerization & Kubernetes, CI/CD & Automation Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Key Responsibilities & required skill set: Systems & Core Infrastructure Strong experience with Linux and Windows system administration. Strong knowledge of networking concepts including DNS, load balancing, firewalls, routing, and VPC/VNET architectures. Cloud Platforms Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms and services on AWS and Azure Experience managing cloud-native services and optimizing cost, performance, and availability Containerization & Kubernetes Strong experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes. Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes platforms (EKS and AKS). Design, deploy, and manage production-grade Kubernetes clusters. Architect and maintain highly available and scalable Kubernetes platforms. Experience with Helm for Kubernetes package management. CI/CD & Automation Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps. Solid scripting skills in Python, Bash, and Shell to automate operational tasks. Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills across infrastructure and applications. Infrastructure as Code & Configuration Management Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform and OpenTofu) Expertise in configuration management tools such as Ansible. Ability to design reusable, scalable, and secure infrastructure modules. Monitoring, Observability & Operations Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Azure Monitor, CloudWatch, and related alerting systems. Ability to monitor system health, analyze metrics, and lead incident troubleshooting. Security & DevSecOps Strong understanding of security best practices and DevSecOps principles. Experience implementing secure CI/CD pipelines, IAM, RBAC, secrets management, and compliance controls. .

Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully.
