Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Teacher Trainer English role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Teacher Trainer will design and deliver training programs for school English teachers, focusing on effective pedagogy, lesson planning, classroom management, and usage of Next Educations products and content. Responsibilities include conducting workshops and demonstrations, observing classroom sessions, providing constructive feedback, and supporting teachers in implementing curriculum and assessment strategies. The role involves collaborating with academic and product teams to align training with curriculum standards and school requirements, as well as creating training materials, guides, and resources. The Teacher Trainer will also track training outcomes, gather feedback from stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement of training modules. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with experience in English language instruction at the K12 level. Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning and Training skills to design and deliver structured teacher development programs. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English, and the ability to engage diverse educator audiences. Bachelors or Masters degree in English, Education, or a related field; a B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification is preferred. Experience in teacher training, instructional design, or academic coordination, ideally within schools or edtech organizations. Familiarity with CBSE, ICSE, or state board curricula and modern pedagogy, including technology-enabled and student-centric learning approaches. Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and support continuous professional development. Comfort with educational technology platforms and digital tools, and willingness to travel within the region for school visits and trainings, as required. .
