We are a growing accounting firm with 7 team members looking for an experienced Salesforce consultant to complete and operationalize an existing Salesforce buildout. Two trusted former colleagues began designing our Salesforce infrastructure, but due to competing commitments they are unable to finish the project. We are looking for a highly organized, execution-focused Salesforce expert who can take over via a structured handoff, complete the system, and successfully roll it out across our team. This is not a start from scratch project. The foundation exists we need someone who can finish, refine, and implement it so our entire firm runs inside Salesforce. Primary Goals Complete existing Salesforce configuration Build role-based home dashboards so each employee clearly sees: Assigned tasks Workflow queues Client responsibilities Deadlines and priorities Organize and standardize all client data Implement workflows for our core service lines Ensure 100% team adoption through training and workflow design Key Workflows to Support Client onboarding Monthly accounting / bookkeeping workflows Payroll onboarding Payroll processing cycles Tax return preparation workflows Forecasting / projections (lite projections) Ongoing client task management Scope of Work Project Handoff Meet with prior builders Review existing architecture and decisions Audit current setup and identify gaps Build Completion Finalize object structure and relationships Automate workflows and task creation Create role-based dashboards and home screens Improve usability and workflow clarity Ensure scalable data organization Implementation & Adoption Help migrate team workflows fully into Salesforce Train staff (non-technical users) Optimize processes for real-world daily usage Document system structure and SOPs Ideal Candidate Strong Salesforce Admin or Architect experience Experience implementing Salesforce for professional services firms (accounting, legal, consulting, etc. preferred) Excellent workflow/process design skills Able to simplify systems for non-technical teams Experience driving user adoption and change management Strong communicator comfortable leading implementation Apply To this Job Company : Upwork Salary : 40120 an hour .
