What You'll Do612 years of experience in Product, UX, or Interaction Design.Lead end-to-end design for strategic product initiatives from discovery to delivery.Partner with Product, Engineering, AI teams, and stakeholders to shape product strategy and roadmap.Translate complex business and customer problems into intuitive, scalable experiences.Conduct user research, usability testing, and validate solutions through customer feedback.Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs while contributing to the Design System.Ensure high standards of usability, accessibility, consistency, and visual quality.Collaborate across Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams to deliver impactful solutions.Mentor designers, facilitate design reviews, and help elevate design quality across the organization.Design AI-powered workflows, assistants, automation, and intelligent product experiences.Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, and design exploration.Partner with AI Engineering teams to create intuitive human-AI interactionsProduct DevelopmentLead and contribute across the following areas: Product StrategyInteraction DesignInformation ArchitectureUser ResearchDesign SystemsAI Experience Design Usability & AccessibilityWhat You've DoneDemonstrated success in designing and launching complex SaaS or enterprise products.Strong portfolio showcasing product thinking, systems thinking, and measurable business impact.Proven ability to simplify highly complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.Experience influencing product direction beyond design execution.Expertise in Figma, prototyping tools, and modern AI-assisted design workflows.Experience designing AI-enabled products or intelligent user experiences is highly desirable.Strong understanding of Design Systems and scalable enterprise UX.Experience mentoring designers and leading design initiatives across cross-functional teams.Exposure to HR Tech, Platform Products, Workflow Automation, or Enterprise SaaS is a plus.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial Design, Visual Communication, or related disciplines from reputed institutions is preferred. .
