The ideal candidate will drive product strategy, manage the product backlog, and deliver digital banking solutions in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities - Own the product roadmap and backlog. - Gather and translate business requirements into user stories. - Collaborate with business, technology, UX, and QA teams to deliver product features. - Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT. - Drive digital transformation initiatives for Business Banking and SME customers. - Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements. Mandatory Skills - 8+ years of Product Owner/Product Management experience. - Strong domain experience in Business Banking, SME Banking, and Customer Onboarding. - Experience with Digital Account Opening, KYC/AML, Customer Onboarding, and Customer Lifecycle Management. - Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum, backlog management, user stories, and stakeholder management. - Good understanding of APIs, Digital Banking platforms, and workflow/BPM solutions. .
