Role Description The Senior MIS Executive will oversee the design, maintenance, and enhancement of Management Information Systems to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow involves collecting, validating, and analyzing operational and sales data, preparing regular and ad-hoc MIS reports, and ensuring timely distribution to relevant stakeholders. The role includes monitoring key performance indicators, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to management. The Senior MIS Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes, streamline data flows, and support technology-driven initiatives that strengthen Mulyams agricultural supply chain. The position also requires maintaining data accuracy, safeguarding data integrity, and supporting continuous improvement in information management practices. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS) skills for designing and managing reporting frameworks. Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and MIS Reporting capabilities for interpreting data and generating actionable insights. Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and presenting complex information clearly. Candidates should ideally have experience with data visualization tools, advanced Excel or spreadsheet skills, and basic database or ERP knowledge. Candidates should have a bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Statistics, or a related field, with prior experience in an MIS or data analysis role. Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced, operations-focused environment. .
