Roles and Responsibilities - Plan and execute production shifts according to daily schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources. - Oversee shift operations, monitor product quality, and implement corrective actions as needed. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth plant operations, including maintenance, procurement, and logistics. - Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency. - Ensure compliance with ISO standards and maintain accurate records of production data. Desired Candidate Profile - 2-5 years of experience in dairy or food processing industry (B.Tech / B.E. degree preferred). - Solid understanding of production planning, handling, management, monitoring, PPC (Process Planning & Control), productivity improvement techniques. - Proficiency in SAPs (Systems Applications Products) software an added advantage. .
