As we continue to strengthen our organisation and expand our operations, we are looking for a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team. The CFO will serve as a strategic advisor to the Promoters and senior management, providing strategic financial leadership while ensuring financial stability, compliance, and long-term value creation across the Group. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the Group's financial strategy aligned with business objectives.Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.Oversee financial reporting, MIS, and statutory financial statements.Manage cash flow, working capital, treasury operations, and liquidity planning.Lead internal and external audits while ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance.Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks.Drive capital structure planning, fundraising, banking relationships, and project financing.Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights that support strategic and commercial decision-making.Monitor cost optimisation, profitability, and overall financial performance.Strengthen internal controls, governance frameworks, and financial processes.Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team.Qualifications: 812 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, treasury, corporate finance, or financial leadership.Prior experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or multi-company organisations will be an added advantage.Strong understanding of financial planning, treasury management, financial reporting, taxation, audits, compliance, and ERP systems.Proven ability to work closely with senior leadership and support strategic business initiatives.Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, MBA in Finance, or equivalent are highly preferred.Core Competencies Financial Strategy & PlanningFinancial Reporting & MISCash Flow & Working Capital ManagementTreasury ManagementInternal & External Audit ManagementFinancial Risk ManagementCapital Structure & FundraisingBusiness Finance & Strategic Decision SupportCorporate Governance & ComplianceLeadership & Stakeholder ManagementWhat we're Looking For We are seeking a finance leader who combines strong commercial acumen with strategic thinking and operational excellence.
