Manager - Marketing, Workplace Management and Property Management, India (P3)The Manager - Field Marketing for Workplace Management and Property Management as part of Real Estate Management Services (REMS) will be responsible to drive strategic marketing initiatives across the Indian market to drive business growth, enhance brand presence, and support client acquisition and retention efforts. This role requires a deep understanding of the Indian real estate market and the ability to translate global marketing strategies into locally relevant campaigns.Role PurposeThe role is responsible for planning, building, and implementing the roll out of marketing initiatives to support strategic growth opportunities in India across our integrated facilities management, workplace strategy, property management services and others. The person in this role will work closely with local, regional and global marketing colleagues and partner with the business leadership team as well as the associated business, research and centres of excellence (COEs = digital, brand, communication, events, etc.) to enable the business growth and strengthen JLLs market positioning through planning and development of marketing campaigns. Responsibilities will include marketing planning, campaign development, co-ordination of rollouts, digital marketing, events strategy, content, collateral development/distribution and client communications.What this job involvesYou will work closely with local and regional marketing colleagues, business leadership, and our centres of excellence (COEs) to enable business growth and strengthen JLLs market position. Marketing Strategy & Business Alignment:Work as part of a team to ensure marketing activities are aligned with the broader business growth strategy and priorities.Partner with business leadership to identify and deliver specific local campaigns required to meet India's business priorities.Develop and manage marketing budgets for campaigns, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and tracking expenditures. Campaign Management & Execution: Work with local and regional teams to localise and implement demand generation campaigns in the India market.Own the end-to-end execution of multi-channel campaigns, focusing on lead generation and nurturing to contribute to the sales pipeline.Manage the development and publication of local marketing collateral, including brochures, capability statements, videos, and other promotional materials. Content and Digital Marketing: Collaborate with Research and editorial teams to develop content strategies that amplify JLLs thought leadership.Partner with the Digital COE to deliver digital solutions with a strong focus on social media, paid digital media, and JLL.com. Communications & Brand Management: Create and distribute regular and ad-hoc client communications.Partner with the communications team to amplify major deal announcements, new senior appointments, and other PR opportunities.Provide guidance to business stakeholders on the application of JLLs brand guidelines.Ensure internal stakeholders are informed and engaged with ongoing marketing activities. Events & Sponsorships: Work with the event manager to identify and manage major client events and sponsorship opportunities.Identify opportunities to pitch senior leaders for speaking engagements and amplify their presence across relevant channels. Measurement & Reporting: Provide measurement, ROI analysis, and regular performance reports across all projects and campaigns. QualificationsEducation and Experience:Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferredA minimum of 8+ years of marketing experienceIndustry Knowledge:Understanding of the Indian commercial real estate market, key players, and regulatory environment.Experience in facility management, property management, or corporate real estate services is preferred.Skills and Competencies:Proven ability to design and deliver marketing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Digital marketing expertise, with hands-on experience in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) being a significant advantage.Personal Attributes:A strategic and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving .
