Job description Role & Responsibilities: Project Leadership & Execution Lead and oversee multiple Projects from inception to completion.Ensure projects are executed within approved budgets, timelines, quality standards, and contractual obligations.Prepare project reports and present updates to management.Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions to achieve project objectives.Resource Optimization: Strategically allocating human capital, machinery, and financial resources across multiple concurrent projects to prevent underutilization or critical project bottlenecks. Contract Management Oversee contract administration, claims management, variations, and dispute resolution.Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and statutory requirements.Manage commercial risks and maximize project profitability.Client & Stakeholder Management Act as the primary interface with clients, authorities, consultants, concessionaires, and regulatory bodies.Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.Maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business opportunities.Strategic Planning & Operations Develop and implement project execution strategies aligned with organizational goals.Participate in business planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and operational reviews.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and develop project teams across various locations.Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and results.Ensure effective succession planning and talent development within the organization.Quality, Safety & Compliance Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, environmental requirements, and company policies.Promote a culture of safety and operational excellence across all projects.Skills Required Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.Expertise in project execution.Contract administration and commercial management.Client relationship and stakeholder management.Financial and project performance management.Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills.Proficiency in Primavera, MS Project, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.Preferred candidate Profile : Candidates from Gujarat, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, will be preferred.Strong track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects.Experience in leadership roles such as Project Director, Vice President, General Manager, or equivalent.Work Preference Minimum 18 to 25 Years + Experience Role: Project Head - Construction Industry Type: Engineering & Construction Department: Project & Program Management Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: Construction Education UG: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil PG: M.Tech in Civil Key Skills Project ManagementProject Control Project Estimation Execution Project Monitoring Project Documentation Project Tracking Project Planning Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Ahmedabad) .
