Candidates must have relevant hotel industry experience only. Minimum 3 5 years of experience as an HR Manager or Cluster HR Manager. Solid knowledge of end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and learning & development. Experience in handling multiple hotel properties will be an added advantage. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Manage HR operations across multiple hotel properties. - Lead end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning. - Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives. - Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements. - Oversee performance management, training, succession planning, and talent development. - Support payroll, attendance, and HRMS processes. - Partner with General Managers and HODs to achieve business and people objectives. - Prepare HR MIS reports, manpower budgets, and monthly HR dashboards.
