About the Role We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Solutions Engineer with experience in Observability (APM and/or NPM). The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand customer challenges and design effective AIOps and Observability solutions. This role involves working closely with customers, sales teams, and technical teams to architect, demonstrate, and position enterprise observability solutions. Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers to understand their business and technical requirements.Analyse customer IT environments and recommend appropriate AIOps and Observability solutions.Design solution architectures for On-Premises, Cloud, and Hybrid environments.Conduct product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), technical workshops, and presentations.Support Sales teams with customer meetings, technical discussions, RFP/RFI responses, and solution proposals.Prepare solution designs, implementation approaches, and effort estimates.Collaborate with implementation and engineering teams to ensure successful customer engagements.Stay updated with the latest trends in Observability, AIOps, Cloud Monitoring, and Automation. Technical Skills: Required o25 years of hands-on experience in Application Performance Monitoring (APM), Network Performance Monitoring (NPM), or Observability. oStrong understanding of Performance Management concepts, KPIs, SLA monitoring, alerting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA). oGood knowledge of enterprise IT environments, including Applications, Networks, Infrastructure, and On-Premises, Cloud, and Hybrid architectures. oHands-on experience with one or more observability platforms such as Elastic (ELK), Grafana, Dynatrace, New Relic, Datadog, or similar. Preferred oExperience with NPM tools such as Riverbed, NETSCOUT, SolarWinds, Zabbix, PRTG, or similar. oProgramming and automation experience using Python. oExposure to OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, REST APIs, or AI-driven Observability/AIOps solutions is an added advantage. Desired Candidate Profile Prior experience in a Pre-Sales, Solution Engineering, or Technical Consulting role.Quick learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.Strong customer-facing, presentation, and communication skills.Ability to understand customer pain points and propose practical, business-oriented solutions.Comfortable interacting with technical teams, architects, managers, and senior leadership.Ability to create and deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations. .
