The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, and React Native, along with proven experience in leading development teams, mentoring engineers, and interacting directly with clients. This role requires a balance of technical leadership, people management, solution design, and hands-on development. The candidate should be capable of driving frontend architecture decisions while also contributing as an individual contributor whenever required.
