Job Description Role:HR Executive / Senior HR Executive Department:Human Resources Location:Bengaluru Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic HR professional to support Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, including bulk hiring for NBFC, BPO, Operations, and Support functions, while ensuring efficient HR operations and employee lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end recruitment for NBFC, BPO, Operations, and Support functions. Drive bulk hiring initiatives to meet business requirements within defined timelines. Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and other channels. Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for further evaluation. Schedule interviews, manage offer rollouts, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and high-volume roles. Track recruitment metrics and ensure adherence to hiring timelines. HR Operations Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Coordinate employee lifecycle activities, including confirmations, transfers, and separations. Assist in implementing HR policies and employee engagement initiatives. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal HR processes. Prepare HR MIS reports and recruitment dashboards. Stakeholder Management Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and workforce planning. Ensure a positive candidate and employee experience. Qualifications: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent. Experience: HR Executive: 1 to 3 years of experience. Senior HR Executive: 4 to 7 years of experience.
