As a Product Delivery Associate in Cards Product Team, you enable the release of products and features by overcoming obstacles. Job responsibilitiesSupports delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficienciesContributes to change management activities across functional partners and documents adherence to the firms risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirementsDocuments blockers and impediments to aid with dependency management and resource availabilityCollaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to engage stakeholders and cross-functional partners to manage dependencies and timelinesPerform manual testing: requirement analysis, test planning, scenario/case creation, execution, and defect management.Develop and maintain automation tests for UI (Selenium), API, and Mobile Testing using Java/Python.Implement BDD using Cucumber, writing Gherkin feature files and step definitions.Maintain automation frameworks (POM/utilities), improve reusability, stability, and reporting.Execute regression suites via CI/CD (Jenkins or equivalent) and troubleshoot failures.Collaborate in Agile Scrum/Kanban teams; participate in PBR/refinement and ensure end-to-end coverage.
